Leave No Trace
Minimum impact practices for anyone visiting the outdoors.
Your Commitment
The Basics:
Observe wildlife from a distance. Do not follow or approach them
Never feed animals. Feeding wildlife damages their health, alters natural behaviours, and exposes them to predators and other dangers
Control pets at all times, or leave them at home
Avoid wildlife during sensitive times: mating, nesting, raising young, or winter
Take your litter home - leave no trace of your visit
Do not light open fires or BBQs irresponsibly, dispose of them with care
Dog poo - bag it and bin it in any public waste bin or take it home
Care for nature - do not cause damage or disturbance
The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.
