My name is Linsey Neilson

Drawing from years of swimming experience and countless cold water dips, I know firsthand the transformative power of cold water. I’m here to guide you on your distinctive journey to reconnect and thrive in nature.

My approach is all about safety, support, and empowerment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already a keen swimmer, I’ll help you take the plunge in a way that feels comfortable and rewarding.

  • MSc Community Education (CLD) – Edinburgh University – expert in engagement, education, and personal development.

  • 20+ years in Youth Work, Adult Education & Capacity Building – experienced in creating supportive and inclusive spaces.
